Hey, everyone! Happy Halloween! I've recently been waiting to play Castlevania: Symphony of the Night and MediEvil.  I've read comments on YouTube that a lot of people play Castlevania and MediEvil during the Halloween season. A lot people who have played Symphony of the Night have reffered to the game as "Metroidvania". This reffers this as to the game borrowing gameplay mechanics and elements from the critically-acclaimed SNES game Super Metroid. If you think you think about it, both games are scarely like each other. Both feature dashing young heroes to evil and/or destructive monsters, and they try to stop returing evils from taking over and/or destroying the world. Speaking the spirit of ghosts, goblins, ghouls, werewolves, phantoms, and other scary monsters, I have been drawing Halloween pictures for my best friend from high school, Trei Lewis, who has also been out of school and is probably cleaning and relaxing at home like I am. He's a HUGE fan of Japanese cultures/anime and I am now drawing him an a female anime werewolf. If you want to know what Castlevania: Symphony of the Night is about, here it is: The evil vampire overlord has been resurrected by a nefarious priest (or wizard, depending on his appearance) who has plans to overthrow the Earth. But he is suddenly opposed by his son, Alucard, and his friend a 17-year old vampire hunter named Maria. The game was released on March 20, 1997, and despite getting overwhelming heaps of acclaim, the game had little commercial success, but to this day gamers adore this game as a cult classic. Well, that's it for it for now! Hope you have enjoyed this new blog-post! See you soon! IF YOU DARE! (Sorry, just kidding.) Bye-Bye-Bye-Bye!

Hey, everyone! Happy Halloween! I'm  sorry if I haven't done a blog post I've been busy at home doing house work and enjoying off time personally. Now with that out of the way, I'd like to talk about the new successful live-reality show Duck Dynasty. It's about these 4 southern rednecks (plus one young one) who all live with their wives, their families, and their friends. They own a multi-million duck-hunting empire. But it's really hard when all of them just wants to wild. They show aired on A&E on March 21, 2012 with 1.81 million viewers and a season finale that aired on May 23, 2012 with 2.56 million viewers.
Season 2 premiered on October 10, 2012 to 3.70 million viewers and the season finale aired on December 5, 2012 to 6.45 million viewers. Season 3 premiered on February 27, 2013 to 8.62 million viewers with season finale airing on April 24, 2013 and earning 9.63 million viewers.
The current 4th season aired on August 14, 2013 to mega-whopping ton of a great golden 11.77 MILLION VIEWERS! Whoa-oh! That is mighty impressive. And when the season finale of the 4th season airs, I'm pretty sure that will have another million viewers again. And while where on the subject of modern pop-culture here and there, I would like to tell everyone that have gotten into Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I remember watching 2003 4Kids version and I didn't watch all of the episodes (I was much more into Spider-Man and Transformers at the time) and I really liked it. And then when heard about the beloved 1980's series and also heard that it was based of a comic book series, I started to enjoy clips and wikipedia descriptions of it. And then when I heard Nickelodeon was was developing an all new CGI TMNT cartoon series I was really worried that it would it would and like fall flat on it's face like the 2011 ThunderCats reboot. But guess what? IT'S WONDERFUL! It has the humor of the 80's series, the fell of the Mirage comics and the 2003 series. And the animation is pretty nice, to. giving us a great fell of what teenaged ninja turtles in a modern life of New York City. And I know the CGI animation isn't as good as Dreamworks, Pixar, and Disney, but it's good in it's own way because it uses Japanese anime facial expressions (a la Teen Titans) and comic book like visuals, but these are only used during very important moments in the show. But with only a few flaws here and there, you can't go wrong with the show. It is now it's 2nd season and it's about the turtles trying to found mutagen all over New York City after an accident happened during a battle with the Kraang. Casey Jones will appear sometime in the season and there will be a 1 hour special were the 2012 turtles meet the 80's turtles and it will take place in Dimension X, the Kraang's home world and place of origin, I believe. I also like the new toys and playsets that Playmates Toys keeps making. The concepts and designs are very much like the 80's toy turtles. Well, that's it for now, folks. See you soon! Bye-bye-bye-bye!
Oh, and Casey Jones will be voiced by Josh Peck.

DRAKE AND JOSH FTW!!!!!!

Summer's Greetings, everyone! As of now I'd like to tell you all about what I read in my Bible. I read Proverbs 30 and Matthew 1.
Proverbs 30 says that,
"Every word of God proves true.
He is a shield to all who come to
for protection.

I think that since we are all Christians, we should listen to his words of wisdom and heed EVERY thing he says.

I also read Matthew 1 and it says that Mary had a virgin birth, whom I might add also gave birth to Jesus. I think what the Lord is trying to say that sex is AND was intended to be a good thing in this universe. I really hate how the media nowadays(Ted, Project X, Kick-Ass) is using mostly sex-related humor, alcohol, domestic violence, and drugs to get a laugh. I think that every one needs to learn the true meaning of sex and THEN and ONLY then should they involve sex.

Just this yesterday I worked with Ms. Nina and put hot dogs in tin foil and stored them for Vacation Bible School. I think I like working at someone's house rather than work at building have it take longer than that. And speaking of Ms. Nina, I'm going to be working at her house again today. I'm not really sure what we are going to be doing there but we'll see what happens. We also just might go swimming again at Grandma Christine's house.

And now, to finish this off I'm going to do a quick review of Despicable Me 2, which has made more money than it's predecessor and is said to be even better than the first film. If you all want to know what it's about, here's what's about: In this film Gru(voiced by Steve Carrel) has now become an adoptable father to 3 young girls(Margo, Agnes, Edith) and has set aside his life of villainy for good. But that quickly changes when he is taken by Lucy(voiced by Kristen Wigg) of the Anti Villain League(AVL for short.) a team of secret agents who look for former villains and devote their life to fighting crime. And also there's this mutagen formula that can turn anyone into fearsome, enraged, deadly violent-tempered monsters. This film was announced in July 2010, the month of the release of the 1st film. Originally, Al Pacino was supposed to voice the villain of the sequel, but left due to creative differences. So instead, they went with Benjamin Bratt to be the voice. To promote the film, a blimp called "the Despicablimp" took off and flew in San Francisco, California. When it was released on July 3, 2013, it even WAYYYYYYY better than the first film! It managed to gross $306 million in North America, and $354 million in other countries, with big box-office blast of $661 million! WHHOOOOAA! And the critics just loved this film even better than the first film!

I should also bring up that Mrs Simmons commented on my last blog and we also met up with her at Kohls a last week when we were getting a t-shirt for and some wall-stickers for my bedroom.

Well, that's all, folks! I hope you enjoyed it! Bye-bye-bye-bye-bye!

Good afternoon, everyone! How is everyone's summer going? Good? Great.
Now I'm going to tell you what I have read in my Bible.
I read Proverbs and it had some pretty useful stuff. I read that too much of a good thing can be a bad thing, dissing out gossip like wildfire can be VERY hurtful and and harmful, singing cheery songs to someone with a gloomy face can be VEEERRRRYYY annoying, BUT being kind to your enemies can cause them to feel guilt and regret, and make them feel very apologetic for the heinous actions.

Just this yesterday I went to birthday celebration of Mr. Gilbert. Just this past week, we saw Despicable Me at his house with his wife. And just this yesterday, went to Guanajato for lunch and ended by seeing the mostly-anticipated sequel, Despicable Me 2. I remember the Gilberts  seeing the film and I also remember them LOLing(laughing out loud.) AND also remember Mr Gilbert getting a Minions shirt and loving it, AND, I also remember the Gilberts loving the film even more than the first film.

And to finish it all off I'm going to tell you all that on Saturday, July 13, 2013 I went to see My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: Equestria Girls. And for all you MLP fans out there no, this not a spinoff film, but rather a full-length  film that ties in with the shows continuity. For those of you who don't know what it's about let me explain. Taking place after the shows 3rd season, Twilight Sparkle is now a princess and begins to doubt herself as a ruler of a kingdom. But after an evil thief known as Sunset Shimmer steals the her magic crown, Twilight goes into a magic mirror where she finds herself as human teenage version of herself and arrives at a high school where she finds human versions of her friends from Ponyville. Now it's up to Twilight and her friends to help get her crown and stop Sunset before it's to late. I remember after seeing the last episode of season 3, I was still high school and I remember seeing a trailer for the movie. I also remember a lot of bronies seeing and all believed it was going to suck. But then I remember seeing some guy's review of it on DeviantArt  and he said it was great and it didn't suck. I remember seeing it at the Carmike Yorktown theater in Houston,TX and remember young boys and girls with there parents and I remember seeing bronies there  just being VERY amazed by it and DIDN'T Stink! YEAAAHHH!!!

That's all for today!

Adios, amigos!

Hello everyone, Connor Brown here. I have been reading my Bible right as of now as it talks about Wisdom.
I think that as of now, wisdom is something you should remember for the rest of your days. I have read Proverbs 8. The reason I read Proverbs 8 is because it some pretty useful knowledge in that script.
I have also acknowledged that there are 30 days in one month, 31 days at the most.
It is so cool that God gave 31 Proverbs one for each day of the month.
I think all, and I mean EVERY Christian should acknowledge that little fun fact right there.

Let's get down to the basics such as what have I been doing this summer. I have been seeing a lot of movies this summer, mostly animated,(safe for one which I'll talk about later.)
The movies I've seen where at the the multi-million dollar theater, the Santikos Paladium near Katy,TX.
The movies I've seen their are Epic, Monsters University, Man of Steel, and Despicable Me 2(YAIIIIIII!!) I've also been playing A LOT of video games that Uncharted, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Playstation All-Stars Battle Royal, and the Sly Collection. And just this past month I say Man of Steel, and it was actually pretty good and certainly  less dark than the Christopher  Nolan Batman movies.
I think I like seeing animated movies this summer because animated film sometimes are mostly for families.
Whereas animated films can be for children and adults, other animated films and live action films are clearly made more for the adult/elderly group.

I have also been planning to see the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic spin-off Equestria Girls.
I also plan on playing the all Disney video game, DuckTales Remastered. Adios, amigos!

Hey everyone, this Connor Brown. Sorry if i haven't been blogging recently I've been very busy with school and other work recently. And since I haven't blogging until now I'd like to talk about what I've been doing lately. Just this lately, I've have watched the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic Season 3 finale. It was great and all and I liked it, but before it was aired and after it was aired, it received  numerous criticism  from fans of the series, mostly because of the title character becoming a "Mary Sue." For those of you out who don't know what a Mary Sue is, it is a fan-given term for a poorly developed character, too perfect and lacking in realism to be interesting. But don't worry, what your about to read will not be about a Mary Sue. In the final episode of Season 3 finale, Twilight Sparkle inadvertently casts a spell on her friend's cutie marks, causing an unhappy chain reaction. Now Twilight must find a way to reverse the spell on her friends and achieve her ultimate destiny. Another criticism that it received was that it was way to rushed for a half-hour episode, but it was still great. I know this might sound bad, but I kind think it was a little toooo rushed.
But don't you worry, MLP writer Meghan McCarty said that Season 4 will be like a 3-part episode were the last episode of Season 3 had left of

See you later, Mu Chachous!!!!
